A Great Day on the Links
"(《世界人权宣言》) 3rd Annual Spaulding Scramble, sponsored by Detroit Area Wendy’s Franchise Owners, was held September 7 at the Farmington Hills Golf Club. We are happy to report that we exceeded our revenue goal and sold out all our sponsorships and player spots, thanks to our planning committee co-chaired by Al Jordan 和 Willie L. Smith.
The program emcee was Brooke Allen of Caffeinated Conversations podcast. Golfers tried to Beat the Pro, golfer Kristina Kniesly from BackSwing Golf, and were able to meet eight members of the WAGC – World Amateur Golf Championship (pictured below) including four players from the United States Team of the World Amateur Golfers Championship – one of whom, Michael Shaw is going to represent Team USA at the upcoming international competition in Thailand. All from Michigan, this talented foursome includes Mary Hauk, Alan Johnson, Bill Kincaid, and Nick Mutafis.
In addition to the Presenting Sponsor, Wendy’s Detroit Area Franchise Owners, sponsors included A Jor-Dan Consulting LLC; BrassCraft, Charco Realty, David Graham; The Edwards Family; Global Alliance Protective Group, Gregory Terrell & Company; MASCO Corporation; Michelle Greene, Michigan First Credit Union, Peak Management, and Real Dads Speak.
New this year were two Hole in One contests, one with a cash prize of $20,000, sponsored by Dormie Network, and the other, a 2-year vehicle lease through Snethkamp Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
