Research Expert for the National Center for Enhanced Post-Adoption Support

Spaulding for Children is seeking a consultant who can serve as a research expert. The research expert will assist site consultants who are providing on-site technical assistance. The research expert will have an excellent understanding of adoption laws and federal financing so that they can assist site consultants with gathering information to help with the assessment and overall on-site technical assistance. The research expert will help with articles and other projects that will assist in bringing critical information to states, territories and tribal nations on adoption funding, need for postpermanency services and post-permanency models that are working in various states.

Site Consultant for the National Center for Enhanced Post-Adoption Support

Spaulding for Children is seeking professionals to serve as site consultants for the Post-Adoption Center. The Site Consultant will support the implementation of the Post-Adoption Center by serving as liaison between the agency and the assigned sites, communicating all necessary information to support the work of the project. The Consultant provide expertise in implementation and are able to work with sites to complete an assessment and then identify goals that the site will focus on throughout the on-site technical assistance. The Consultant will help the site implement the goals through on-site technical assistance.
