Site Consultants – QIC-EY

General Description

Spaulding for Children is seeking experienced professionals to serve as Site Consultants for the Quality Improvement Center on Engaging Youth in Finding Permanency (QIC-EY). Site Consultants will support the implementation of select QIC-EY project components at designated sites and serve as a key liaison between Spaulding for Children and site partners.

Site Consultants will facilitate communication and coordination, ensure that sites have the information and resources needed to carry out the designated work, and provide ongoing support to promote successful implementation. Consultants will also communicate site needs, progress, questions, and feedback to the QIC-EY team to help ensure that project activities are implemented as intended and responsive to site context.
