Cheryl Gist

Gist brings extensive and diverse professional experience, beginning her career in corporate food service and the medical fields before joining Spaulding for Children in 1998. Over her 27 years with the organization, she has become an integral member of the Development Department, providing key support to the President/CEO and contributing significantly to the agency’s fundraising initiatives.

Throughout her tenure, Ms. Gist has played a central role in organizing many of Spaulding’s signature events, including The Tapestry, the Dave Thomas Celebrity Cook‑off, the Celebrity Wait‑off, and the agency’s current annual fundraiser, the Spaulding Scramble. Her dedication and leadership have made these events highly successful and continue to strengthen Spaulding’s mission and community impact.
