Dave Super

Dave Super has been Chief Operations Officer for Wendy’s Franchise, Impact Ventures, since 2019. Dave joined Wendy’s in 1981 after attending the University of Toledo and has over 45 years of Wendy’s experience in various roles throughout his career. Prior to joining the Wendy’s Franchise community, Dave held roles as a Corporate Trainer and Franchise Director in Multiple States throughout the Midwest.

Dave and his wife, Mary, have been life-long supporters of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and ensure that each restaurant helps sponsor events that help contribute to every child in-need finding a permanent, loving home to call their own. Dave, Mary, and their boys live in Southeast Michigan and love golfing, pickleball, family movie nights, and traveling.

Dave has supported Spaulding for Children for more than a decade, now he supports the agency as a Board Member.
