Deborah A. Peay Wilson

Ms. Peay Wilson serves as a Mortgage Operations Specialist at Rocket Mortgage, a leading mortgage loan provider headquartered in the One Campus Martius building in the heart of Detroit’s financial district.

Her passions and expertise align closely with Spaulding’s mission. As a former foster youth and dedicated community advocate for the populations Spaulding supports, Ms. Wilson brings valuable insight and skills that enhance the organization’s projects and desired outcomes.

She has consistently secured a meaningful presence in various forums, contributing both as an advocate and consultant. Ms. Wilson has extensive experience serving on panels and delivering presentations for numerous nonprofit and government functions, with a focus on supporting families and strengthening the communities in which they live. Her strong communication abilities and proven leadership will continue to benefit the organization’s growth and impact.

Ms. Wilson is actively engaged in community service and has been a long-time volunteer with Spaulding for Children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Sociology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
