Kelly Burdell

Kelly began her career at Spaulding for Children in September 2012 as an intern. She was hired as a Foster Care/Adoption Worker in April 2013, a role she held for three years. In May 2016, she was promoted to Foster Care/Adoption Supervisor, advancing to Program Manager in 2022, and then to Child & Family Services Program Director in January 2024.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University and her master’s degree from Wayne State University. Ms. Burdell enjoys working in the child welfare field and finds great fulfillment in seeing families thrive.
