Kristina began her tenure with Spaulding for Children in 2006 as a Foster Care Worker. She was promoted in May 2016 to Foster Care and Adoption Program Director, where she assumed responsibility for ensuring overall compliance across the Foster Care, Licensing, and Adoption
On October 1, 2022, she was promoted to Vice President, a role in which she oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the Child and Family Services Department.
Bringing 20 years of experience in the child welfare field, Kristina has demonstrated long‑standing dedication, strong program leadership, and an unwavering commitment to improving outcomes for children and families. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Community Services from Michigan State University and a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University.
