LaShauna Bertrand

LaShauna joined Spaulding for Children in January 2025 as Office Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit educational management.

In addition to her strong background in office administration, she has served as an assistant across multiple departments—including legal, finance, and human resources—and has acted as a liaison to the Board of Directors. Dedicated to enhancing efficiency and organizational effectiveness, Ms. Bertrand is committed to streamlining office procedures and optimizing daily operations to support Spaulding’s mission.
