Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and her master’s degree from Wayne State University. During her graduate studies, she interned with Spaulding for Children and was later hired as a contingent Licensing Worker in February 2015.
Shortly after accepting that role, Lindsey was hired full‑time as a Foster Care/Adoption Worker. In February 2017, she transitioned into the role of Intake/Generalist Worker. She was then promoted to IPP Supervisor in August 2019, and subsequently to Program Manager in 2022.
