Tejuan Yelder

Tejuan Yelder is a renowned business transformation leader with nearly 16 years of a successful track record in healthcare operations, driving organizational change and innovation. As the Vice President of Customer Operations for RCM where he joined in 2018, TeJuan is responsible for developing and executing roadmaps that align with the company’s goals; primarily enhancing the customer experience, which he continues to excel at. With 1100 direct and indirect reports of on and offshore associates, TeJuan manages a large portfolio of lean projects while delivering multimillions of dollars in annual savings.

When asked what has most contributed to his success, TeJuan says humility, a willingness to learn the work he oversees, and empowering his teams. He prides himself on creating collaborative safe spaces for his teams to drive ingenuity. TeJuan thoroughly enjoys his work. because he can influence change by creating positive interactions. He is highly motivated to take an idea, implement it, and see the results.

TeJuan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wayne State University. When he’s not setting the strategic vision of healthcare enterprises, he spends a great amount of time giving back to the community and sits on the board of a couple nonprofits, including Spaulding for Children. TeJuan lives with his family in Detroit, MI.
