Vicky R. Franklin

Vicky Franklin is the Founder and Educational Technology Consultant behind innovative programs that address systemic barriers for underserved communities. She partners with agencies to design and deliver scalable training solutions, integrating technology to enhance learning outcomes and streamline program administration.

Through her work with Your Financial Insight, Victoria has developed hybrid programs preparing youth aged 16-24 for successful transitions to adulthood, and to the workforce. She guides participants in creating actionable personal, financial, and career plans while integrating financial literacy into their career readiness, and entrepreneurship programming.

She has also partnered with workforce development agencies to equip participants with essential soft skills, job-readiness training, and entrepreneurial concepts that broaden career opportunities. Her work is laying the foundation for the Skills of Success Platform, a scalable, culturally inclusive solution designed to empower individuals with real-world skills for long-term success.
