Overview
This resource summarizes key lessons learned from Wisconsin’s implementation of Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support (AGES) as part of the Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC‑AG). Developed by the Wisconsin Department of Children & Families, AGES was created as a new, comprehensive intervention to address gaps in post‑permanency services for adoptive and guardianship families who reported feeling unprepared, unsupported, or overwhelmed by their children’s emerging needs after finalization.
