QIC-AG Overview of Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support- AGES (Wisconsin)

This resource provides an overview of Wisconsin’s implementation of the Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support (AGES) program as part of the Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC‑AG). Led by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, AGES is implemented within the Indicated Services interval of the QIC‑AG Permanency Continuum Framework and targets adoptive and guardianship families experiencing emerging or escalating challenges after permanence is achieved.
