QIC-AG Implementation of Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support- AGES (Wisconsin)

This resource provides a detailed description of Wisconsin’s implementation of the Adoption and Guardianship Enhanced Support (AGES) program as part of the Quality Improvement Center for Adoption and Guardianship Support and Preservation (QIC‑AG). Implemented within the Indicated Services interval of the QIC‑AG Permanency Continuum Framework, AGES is a voluntary, post‑permanency intervention developed by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to support adoptive and guardianship families experiencing emerging or escalating challenges after finalization.
