The QIC-AG worked with eight partner sites, each of which implemented an evidence-based intervention or developed and tested a promising practice designed to fill a gap in service along the QIC-AG Permanency Continuum Framework. Each site’s evaluable intervention was selected to meet the needs of a specific target population and to generate evidence for the field about approaches to help families achieve and maintain permanence.
